Job Title: Senior Amazon Campaign Manager Location: Rajkot or Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2+ years in Amazon Advertising Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Amazon Campaign Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact advertising strategies to drive performance and profitability on Amazon. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Amazon&aposs ad ecosystem, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing campaigns that deliver strong ROAS and sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Strategize, execute, and manage all types of Amazon Advertising campaigns: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP. Analyze data and identify trends to create performance-driven strategies tailored to product categories and customer behavior. Optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis by tracking key metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, CVR, and TACOS. Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Amazon Advertising Console. Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad copies and product listings are aligned with campaign goals. Maintain a close eye on competition, keyword trends, and ad placements to stay ahead of market dynamics. Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize efficiency and sales potential. Continuously test and refine targeting, placements, and creatives to improve performance. Key Prerequisites: In-depth practical knowledge of all Amazon ad campaign types and their nuances, including bidding strategies, targeting options, and funnel stages. Strong data representation skills ability to convert raw data into meaningful dashboards, graphs, and performance reports that drive decision-making. Expertise in tracking and interpreting metrics like ROAS, ACOS, CTR, and conversion rate, with a strong ability to make optimization decisions based on insights. Solid understanding of the Amazon Seller Central and Advertising Console dashboards. Highly proficient in Excel, Pivot Tables, and other data analytics tools. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. Experience managing Amazon campaigns in international marketplaces (US, UK, EU, etc.) is preferred. Position Summary: PopSockets is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon PPC Specialist to manage and optimize our advertising efforts across Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts. Youll play a key role in ensuring our campaigns are efficient, aligned with market trends, and designed to drive performance across multiple regions and product categories. This role will primarily focus on 6 key regions: the United States (US), Canada (CAN), United Kingdom (UK), Germany (DE), Japan (JP), and India (IN), as the business grows as will the list of priority regions (and potentially additional marketplaces other than Amazon). The ideal candidate will have an appreciation for fine-tuning advertising to attain target KPIs, and a strong understanding of global e-commerce dynamics. As Amazon PPC Specialist, your responsibilities will include: Audit all ad accounts to ensure spend is on track and identify any payment issues or campaigns marked as "Out of Budget." Monitor real-time sales and daily TACoS performance, particularly for Vendor Central accounts, to ensure alignment with target goals. Run weekly bulk optimization processes to meet TACoS, ACoS, and revenue targets. Launch Sponsored Products (SP), Sponsored Brands (SB), Sponsored Brands Video (SBV), Sponsored Display (SD), and Sponsored Display Video (SDV) campaigns across assigned regions based on weekly research and insights. Ensure campaigns are tailored to regional market conditions, customer preferences, and aligned with the Amazon Marketing Calendar. Regularly refresh SB and SD creatives in accordance with campaign schedules and company objectives. Harvest high-converting search terms with low ACoS to integrate into relevant campaigns. Identify and negate poor-performing keywords to maintain campaign efficiency. Audit advertising placementsespecially for branded hero search terms—to ensure quality control and relevance. Maintain and update weekly reports, including campaign performance matrices and advertising relevancy reports, to identify new opportunities across products and categories. Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across advertising assets. Manage and adjust creative assets when needed, including photos, videos, and headline copy Communicate product listing issues or optimization opportunities to your Manager for collaboration with the Content team. Support A/B testing and experimentation efforts to improve ad performance and user engagement. Add newly launched campaigns to the Global Advertising Campaign Mapping List to ensure accurate record-keeping. Stay current on the latest Amazon advertising trends, features, and policy changes to keep our strategies competitive and compliant. Required Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in Amazon advertising management, with experience in international markets Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Amazon Advertising certified International experience is a plus; Vendor Central and Seller Central experience preferred. Strong understanding of Amazon Advertising platforms, including AMS, DSP, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. Proficiency with Amazon Advertising console and third-party reporting/analytics tools (e.g., Helium 10, DataHawk, etc.). Expertise in Microsoft Excel, particularly in managing and extracting insights from large datasets. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Teach and be teachable Location : You'll be working remotely in India, able to travel to the office upon notice
