We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Executive to join our team and lead client acquisition efforts through strategic digital marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

• Campaign Management

  : Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Google, and LinkedIn to attract high-quality leads that align with the desired client profile.

• A/B Testing

  : Continuously test and refine ad copy, creatives, and calls to action (CTAs) to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

• Performance Tracking

  : Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates) using platform analytics tools to ensure ROI and optimize budget allocation.

• Audience Targeting

  : Identify and segment target audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviors to ensure ads reach the right client profiles.

• Budget Management

  : Manage advertising budgets effectively to meet campaign objectives while maintaining cost efficiency.

• Reporting

  : Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and actionable recommendations to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and ensure a seamless lead handoff.

• Market Research

  : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to continuously refine campaign strategies.

Requirements

Experience

Skills

• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and CTAs.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing for financial services or B2C industries.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) for lead tracking.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing to complement paid campaigns.
