Windborne Solutions is a boutique digital agency helping e-commerce brands scale with smart marketing and effective websites. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can take ownership of campaigns across channels and drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Work on SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, keyword research, content suggestions) to improve rankings.
• Create and manage Email Marketing campaigns for client funnels and customer journeys.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and suggest improvements for better ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative and content team to deliver high-performing ad creatives.
• Stay updated with trends in paid media, SEO, and marketing automation.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing.
• Ability to analyze numbers, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of e-commerce and D2C business models is a plus.
• Proactive, self-driven, and someone who loves experimenting with growth strategies.
