Your role will involve managing and scaling paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and Pinterest. You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns for various high-potential D2C brands, working from our office location. Key responsibilities include strategizing, executing, and overseeing paid advertising campaigns across different platforms, continuously testing and optimizing creatives, targeting, bidding, and placements to meet target ROAS goals, analyzing campaign performance data to provide actionable insights, collaborating with creative and content teams to ensure alignment with campaign objectives, generating performance reports, managing budgets efficiently, and staying updated with the latest trends in paid media platforms. To excel in this role, you should have at least 13 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads on Meta and Google, a strong understanding of performance metrics (such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA), proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting, experience with D2C or consumer-facing brands, the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, and be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in an office setting.
