Performance Marketing Executive

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand, performance-driven, and ROI-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across 

  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

   and 

  Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)

  .
• Conduct 

  keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis

   to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve KPIs such as 

  ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions

  .
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop 

  ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests

   that align with ME’s brand voice and aesthetics.
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using 

  Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other performance tools

  .
• Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize returns.
• Stay updated with the latest 

  trends, tools, and best practices

   in performance marketing.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience

   running Meta & Google Ads (preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in 

  Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets

• Understanding of 

  e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization

  .
• Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
