We’re expanding our Digital Marketing Team and looking for a performance-driven professional to lead and manage paid campaigns across platforms.

Role Overview:

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will handle social media ads (Meta), manage lead generation campaigns, and develop result-driven strategies to boost ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Social Media Marketing (Meta: Facebook & Instagram).

Lead Generation Campaigns – Plan, run & optimize ads for quality leads.

Strategy Development – Create & execute performance-driven marketing strategies.

Monitor campaign performance (CPL, CTR, ROI) and optimize results.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in paid marketing

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads

Performance-focused and data-driven mindset

Familiarity with tracking, UTM, pixel setup, and landing pages

Tools: Ads Manager, Google Analytics, GTM, etc.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience & performance)
