Job Description

  • Campaign Ownership:

    Plan, execute, and manage all paid

    User Acquisition (UA)

    campaigns across

    Google Ads (App Campaigns)

    and

    Meta Ads (App Install/Engagement)

    .
  • Strategy & Budget:

    Strategically allocate budgets and manage bidding to hit aggressive

    CPA

    and

    ROAS

    targets.
  • Deep Optimization:

    Continuously monitor and optimize performance metrics (

    CVR, CPI, LTV

    ) by refining keywords, creatives, and targeting.
  • A/B Testing:

    Design and lead rigorous A/B tests on all ad creative (images, video, copy) to unlock new scale and efficiency.
  • Data Integrity:

    Own conversion tracking and attribution

    . Ensure data accuracy across

    MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust)

    ,

    Firebase

    , and

    GA4

    for reliable ROAS measurement.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with our Product and Design teams to optimize creative assets and align marketing efforts with app features.
  • Reporting:

    Deliver detailed weekly/monthly performance reports, translating complex data into clear, actionable

    strategic recommendations

    for leadership.
  • Own all aspects of conversion data integrity for paid campaigns, including the setup, maintenance, and audit of Google Ads Conversion Tracking via Firebase to ensure precise measurement of Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and accurate reporting in GA4.

What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)

  • Experience:

    Minimum

    2+ years

    of recent, hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, with

    90%+ focus on mobile app marketing

    .
  • Platform Expertise:

    Proven mastery of

    Google App Campaigns (UAC)

    and running App Install/Deep-Linking campaigns on

    Meta Ads Manager

    .
  • Metrics Focus:

    Demonstrated history of optimizing campaigns based strictly on

    LTV/ROAS goals

    , not just install volume.
  • Analytical Prowess:

    Solid understanding of

    Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs)

    . Highly proficient in data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools (GA4, Firebase).
