Job Description

Role Definition


The Performance Marketing Executive at Our Quotient is responsible forplanning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns acrossplatforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic channels.


The role is critical in driving measurable results, including lead generation,conversions, and ROAS for client/brand campaigns. This individualcollaborates closely with Strategy, Creative, and Analytics teams to ensurealignment with client goals and agency standards


Deliverables


  • Campaign planning, execution, and monitoring across paid channels.
  • Continuous optimization for performance metrics including CTR, CPA,ROAS, Conversions.
  • Client communication through timely and insightful reporting.
  • Budget management for efficient campaign spend and pacing withstrategy.
  • Coordination with creative and analytics teams.
  • Staying updated on platform and market trends.
  • Recommendations on client website and systems, potential upselling.


Tasks & Activities


1) Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Develop detailed campaign strategies aligned to client objectives. 
  • Define target audiences, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and ad placements. 
  • Launch campaigns on selected platforms with full setup of tracking parameters. 


2) Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Analyze key metrics daily (CTR, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS). 
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding to improve results. 
  • Adjust campaigns based on data insights for continuous improvement. 


3) Client Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly campaign reports outlining performance, insights, and recommendations. 
  • Present reports and explain campaign progress to clients and internal teams. 
  • Manage expectations and gather feedback regularly.

 

4) Budget Management

  • Monitor campaign spending against budgets ensuring controlled and effective usage. 
  • Prevent overspending and reallocate budgets to high-performing campaigns as needed. 


5) Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative teams to procure and optimize ad assets. 
  • Align tracking and analytics setup with analytics and strategy teams. 
  • Share market and competitor insights to refine campaign tactics.


6) Research & Innovation

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform features. 
  • Incorporate new tools, platforms, and techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.


7) Client Systems Review & Service Expansion

  • Regularly review client backend systems and analytics dashboards to identify gaps or opportunities for improvement. 
  • Suggest and pitch additional services (such as SEO, landing page design, CRM integration, content marketing, analytics upgrades, etc.) that complement current efforts and help drive greater marketing impact for the client.

    Demonstrates initiative in identifying performance issues and proposing improvements without prompt.

    Ability to interpret campaign data correctly and translate insights into clear action plans. 
  4. Collaboration & Communication:

    Effectiveness in coordinating with internal teams and maintaining clear, professional communication with clients. 
  5. Budget Management:

    Maintains campaign spend within agreed budgets, with transparent tracking and timely adjustments. 
  6. Learning & Adaptability:

    Keeps up with industry trends and applies new knowledge to optimize campaign outcomes. 
  7. Client Satisfaction:

    Receives positive client feedback regarding responsiveness, insights, and overall campaign management.
