The Graphic Designer Executive at OQ is responsible for producing high-quality visual assets that align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and the agency’s creative standards.
This role focuses on designing static and digital creatives for social media, digital campaigns, print collateral, and other client requirements.
The individual is expected to manage multiple design assignments, collaborate with the creative, marketing, and production teams, and actively contribute to maintaining and elevating the agency’s visual identity. Staying abreast of design trends and relevant tools is vital to continually delivering innovative and engaging content.
1. Consistent adherence to brand guidelines and creative direction
2. Turnaround Time (TAT) for all projects must meet agreed deadlines
3. Collaboration with internal teams for seamless incorporation of feedback, especially under pressure
4. Active participation in internal brainstorming, workshops, or design reviews
5. Using professional editing tools and AI to improve output
6. Following company processes for efficient delivery
7. Regular reporting to managers

4. Reporting – Real-time task management and reporting compliance within project management platforms
5. Teamwork – Ability to support team members effectively during workload peaks and urgent task
0–3 Months: Deliver quality work on assigned brand creatives, gain proficiency in agency processes, and build strong working relationships with the team.
3–6 Months: Take on a broader range of design assignments, offer ideas to enhance visual output, and participate actively in team brainstorming.
6–12 Months: Demonstrate reliability across multiple campaigns and platforms; begin mentoring newer team members or interns on design tools and agency practices
12–18 Months: Progress to handling major campaigns, contribute to agency design standards, and support the Design Head with training, reviews, or special projects.
