Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Computer Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling GeM (Government e-Marketplace) related services, including client registration, tender tracking, participation, and back-end support for consultancy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register new clients on the GeM portal with accuracy and completeness.
• Research and identify relevant tenders on the GeM platform based on client needs and product categories.
• Ensure timely participation in tenders as per eligibility and documentation requirements.
• Assist in preparing and uploading all necessary documents and quotations on the portal.
• Maintain and update internal databases, tender trackers, and client records.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for timely submissions and clarifications.
• Provide backend support for various GeM-related services including catalog creation, bid clarification, and order management.
• Stay updated with GeM policies, guidelines, and amendments.
• Generate regular reports on tender status and participation results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC or a Graduate in any discipline.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with internet research and government portals (GeM preferred).
• Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Prior experience with the GeM portal or similar government tender systems will be an added advantage.
