As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand, performance-driven, and ROI-focused. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) . Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance. Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions . Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with ME’s brand voice and aesthetics. Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other performance tools . Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize returns. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads (preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets . Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization . Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
