What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you’ll be in the driver's seat for generating quality leads and optimizing campaign performance across digital platforms:

Run & optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity
Set up & manage Facebook Pixel, retargeting, and sales funnels
Drive email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
Execute WhatsApp marketing using tools like AiSensy or Watee
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
Build and manage custom landing pages for conversions
Generate actionable insights using Power BI or similar tools

Who You Are – Requirements

We’re looking for someone who’s not just skilled, but strategic, analytical, and results-driven:

2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing
Strong understanding of audience targeting and conversion optimization
Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, and marketing automation tools
Knowledge of SEO, email, and WhatsApp marketing
Ability to work independently and manage campaigns end-to-end

Education

Graduate in any discipline (Marketing or related field preferred)
