Job Title: Campus Connect Executive Location: Thane, Maharashtra Experience: Fresher or Experienced (with a good personality and communication skills) Industry: Education / Training / HR Services Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic Campus Connect Executive to strengthen our engagement with graduate colleges across Mumbai. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building professional networks, delivering impactful presentations, and is comfortable with both field and tele-connect activities. --- Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with placement officers and SPOCs of Mumbai-based graduate colleges. Conduct in-person campus presentations and sessions to introduce placement opportunities. Travel to colleges for meetings, seminars, and placement drives as required. Make follow-up calls to college SPOCs to schedule visits and maintain ongoing communication. Maintain detailed records of college contacts, visits, and follow-up actions. --- Who You Are: A people person with excellent verbal communication skills. Comfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations. Willing to travel across Mumbai and work on the field. Highly organized and proactive in networking and coordination.
