Role Overview: We’re looking for a vibrant, camera-friendly Social Media and Content Manager to spearhead Finwisor’s Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. You’ll create engaging reels, posts, and campaigns that drive virality and connect with diverse audiences including NRIs, retirees, and parents of students from top colleges. As the face of our brand in reels, you’ll bring wit, energy, and creativity to position Finwisor as a trusted name in wealth management. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation : Produce reels, posts, and stories for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, using tools like Canva and basic video editing software. Be comfortable appearing on camera to deliver engaging, relatable content. Social Media Strategy : Plan and execute organic and paid campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and lead generation. Stay up to date with social media algorithms and trends to maximize virality. Audience Engagement : Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to build community and trust. Collaborate with the team to tailor content for NRIs, retirees, and parents. Blog Support : Assist in creating blog content to complement social media efforts, ensuring consistent messaging. Analytics & Reporting : Track performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, leads) and suggest improvements to optimize campaigns. Outreach Support : Initially, handle basic outreach tasks, such as engaging with potential partners on social platforms, to support business development. Who You Are An individual who’s confident, charismatic, and comfortable being on camera to represent the brand. Extroverted, witty, and comfortable engaging audiences both online and offline. Basic understanding of social media platforms, virality, and content creation tools (Canva, video editors, etc.). Experience with AI tools is a plus. 0-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or related fields (freshers with strong portfolios welcome). Creative, proactive, and eager to experiment with trends to make Finwisor stand out. Excellent communication skills and a knack for storytelling. We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Executive to join our team and lead client acquisition efforts through strategic digital marketing campaigns. Job Responsibilities Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Google, and LinkedIn to attract high-quality leads that align with the desired client profile. A/B Testing : Continuously test and refine ad copy, creatives, and calls to action (CTAs) to maximize engagement and conversion rates. Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates) using platform analytics tools to ensure ROI and optimize budget allocation. Audience Targeting : Identify and segment target audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviors to ensure ads reach the right client profiles. Experience with LinkedIn Ads is a plus. Skills : Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and CTAs. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Other : Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and available to work in-office 5 days a week at our Mumbai location. Preferred Qualifications Experience in marketing for financial services or B2C industries. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) for lead tracking.
