Key Responsibilities

• Run and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing, and other ad platforms for multiple clients.
• Set up ad sets, creatives, target groups, budget,s and monitor campaign performance.
• Assist client in onboarding, campaign launches, and reporting.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to align creatives with campaign objectives.
• Monitor and optimize ads to improve CPC, CTR, CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
• Conduct regular audits and make data-backed adjustments.
• Support tracking implementation using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Stay informed about platform updates, ad trends, and campaign best practices.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns. 
• Proven

  experience in lead generation campaigns is a must-have.

• Experience working on multiple client accounts or projects simultaneously. 
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite. 
• Working knowledge of key performance metrics and how to optimize them. 
• At least one Google Ads Certification preferred. 
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities. 
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
