Proficiency in one or more design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign is preferred. Strong grasp of design fundamentals layout, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy. Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly. Organized, self-driven, and able to balance creativity with practical deadlines. Nice to Have Familiarity with social media formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and ad design best practices. Experience creating or working with brand guidelines or design systems. Presentation design skills (Google Slides, PowerPoint, pitch decks). Interest or exposure to motion graphics, animation tools (After Effects, Adobe Express, or similar).
