We’re on a mission to build a powerful digital presence and we’re looking for a passionate Social Media Marketing Executive to take the lead in growing, engaging, and inspiring our online community.
We’re not looking for someone to just post and ghost. This role is for a curious, creative thinker who blends aesthetics with analytics, lives and breathes content, and knows how to turn trends into community-building stories. If you think in memes and dream in reels—you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
● Brainstorm, create, and implement engaging social media strategies that connect with the audience — including graphics, reels, carousels, stories, and written posts
● Develop, manage, and execute our end-to-end social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
● Use tools like Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite to manage social media calendars
● Create and curate high-quality, creative, and trend-driven content
● Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and interactive stories
● Track and analyse key metrics and provide performance reports with actionable insights
● Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and content teams to keep content aligned with the brand’s message.
● Stay ahead of social media trends and suggest new formats, platforms, or content ideas
● Capture behind-the-scenes moments and day-to-day life using a camera or phone.
● 0–2 years of experience in a similar role (internships/freelance included)
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
● Passion for social media, storytelling, and content creation (Breathe, eat, sleep content)
● Deep understanding of social media platforms and best practices
● Creative thinker with strong content writing and visual storytelling skills (Content is key)
● Comfortable with design tools like Canva
● Aware of emerging trends, meme culture, and viral formats
● Ability to work independently and in a team, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks
● Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
● Familiarity with basic analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, or LinkedIn Analytics
● Understanding of influencer marketing, UGC, or paid social campaigns
● Real-world experience in content strategy and execution
