About the Role

Creative Operations Executive

This is not a desk-only job. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping things moving — from coordinating with photographers to assisting on shoots, to managing timelines and communication. If you’re someone who thrives in dynamic environments and loves both people and processes, this is your stage.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist a senior team member in the day-to-day execution of photography-related projects
  • Support media operations and coordination across photography projects
  • Coordinate with photographers, editors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless shoot execution
  • Be present during on-ground shoots when required — managing logistics and real-time communication
  • Maintain trackers, records, and basic documentation as per project needs
  • Collaborate with senior team members to brainstorm ideas, contribute to planning, and support execution strategy
  • Follow up on timelines, share real-time updates, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Act as a bridge between multiple stakeholders — team, clients, and photographers
  • Maintain shoot readiness (props, gear coordination, etc.) and support post-shoot workflows
  • Participate in internal discussions around shoot planning, client deliverables, or creative workflows
  • Take initiative when needed — whether it’s managing a small task independently or stepping in on shoot day

Who You Are

  • A proactive doer — resourceful, dependable, and committed to follow-through
  • Extremely organized and capable of juggling multiple tasks without losing detail
  • A natural communicator — confident with teammates, vendors, and creative professionals
  • Genuinely interested in photography, shoots, or media production as a work environment
  • Comfortable with in-person meetings, dynamic fieldwork, and fast-paced environments
  • Emotionally intelligent, with a professional, client-facing presence

Good to Have

  • Prior internship in photography, event coordination, media production, or digital content
  • Exposure to shoot environments, client handling, or vendor coordination
  • Knowledge of basic photography or camera gear terms (even out of interest!)
  • Basic design skills (Canva or similar) for internal decks or updates
  • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Notion, or any task-tracking system

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a creative business from the ground up, working directly with decision-makers
  • Learn how real-world shoots, brand photography, and media operations come to life beyond the lens
  • Get exposure to both the creative and business sides of building a photography brand
  • You won’t be a cog in the wheel — you’ll be in the room, on the ground, and in the mix
  • Join a team that values initiative, agility, and ambition — not hierarchy
