Position Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and creative Performance Marketer to lead and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across paid media channels. This role is pivotal in driving measurable growth, improving ROI, and scaling our customer acquisition efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, program managers, and product marketers, to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and other paid channels.
- Develop and execute paid media strategies tailored for IT services and technology solutions.
- Lead performance campaigns focused on the USA and global B2B audiences, ensuring cultural and market relevance.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with IT service offerings and client pain points.
- Collaborate with the design team to enhance UX and drive continuous improvements in website performance, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and audience expectations.
- Own end-to-end campaign management: planning, budgeting, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards.
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, CTR, and other key metrics.
- Work with content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Collaborate with SEO, email, and automation teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and present results to leadership.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Proven track record of managing paid campaigns with strong ROI.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic tools.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., MS Dynamics, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS or tech marketing.
- Familiarity with attribution models and multi-touch funnel analysis.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page tweaks.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
