You are looking for a highly motivated Client Success Manager to take charge of our client servicing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Client Partners and Digital Marketing Executives to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services to our clientele. Your focus will be on enhancing client satisfaction, enhancing team performance, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, you will be required to conduct monthly visits to client sites for performance evaluations and relationship strengthening.
