Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and result-driven Media Purchase Executive to join our growing marketing agency. This role is crucial in supporting the Client Partner by managing media budgets, vendor coordination, purchase cycles, and ensuring seamless execution of media plans across channels. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, financial acumen, and experience in handling vendor operations across traditional and digital media platforms. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of experience in media buying, procurement, or vendor management (preferably in an agency setting). Excellent negotiation, coordination, and documentation skills. Proficiency in Excel, procurement tools, and reporting software. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accountability. Work closely with the Client Partner to understand media plan timeline, media mix, and campaign budgets. Execute media purchases as per the approved media plan, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. Maintain a vendor database with proper documentation and updated credentials. Provide regular reports on budget utilization, vendor performance, and media spends. Track and maintain media P&L statements in coordination with finance teams. Negotiate rates, payment terms, and deliverables with vendors.
