Client Relations Specialist

Job Description :

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Success Executive to support our Client Success Manager in ensuring seamless communication, satisfaction, and retention of our existing clients. You will coordinate with internal teams, track deliverables, and maintain regular contact with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Client Success Manager in day-to-day client coordination
Maintain strong client communication via calls, emails, and meetingsTrack project timelines, deliverables, and ensure follow-upsPrepare client reports and performance summariesCoordinate between internal departments (digital marketing, creative, tech)Help in gathering feedback and ensuring timely resolution of issuesSupport monthly client visit planning and documentation

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1–4 years of experience in client servicing, account coordination, or digital marketingGood communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and follow-up abilitiesEagerness to learn and grow in client-facing rolesFamiliarity with digital marketing tools is a plus
