Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relation Executive with a minimum of 1 year experience in the event industry, covering both corporate events and weddings. The ideal candidate should be the first point of contact for clients, proficient in English, and skilled in managing communication and coordination to ensure seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for all client enquiries.
• Collect requirements from clients, understand their needs, and communicate them clearly to the internal team.
• Coordinate closely with the event team to ensure client expectations are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
• Manage client communication throughout the event lifecycle—from enquiry to final delivery.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and vendor discussions as needed.
• Assist in preparing proposals, concepts, and event plans.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and ensure repeat business.
• Handle grievances or issues promptly to maintain positive client experience.
• Maintain and update client records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the event industry (corporate & weddings).
• Excellent communication skills; English proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple events at once.
• Good presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
• Flexibility to work based on event requirements.

• Well-presented, confident, and proactive.
• Knowledge of event trends and client expectations.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
