Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relations Specialist at our New Delhi office. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer support. Key responsibilities include connecting artists with clients, managing client communications, ensuring smooth coordination and problem resolution, and ensuring that all client requirements are met effectively and professionally.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and nurture relationships
  • Dedicated to delivering excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining client trust
  • Proficiency in client relations and proven experience in customer support roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients effectively
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and a service-first approach
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience with client-facing roles in event management or the entertainment industry is a plus
