Client Relations Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Client Relations Specialist based on-site in our Faridabad location. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term partnership. Key tasks include addressing client inquiries, providing support, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring seamless communication. Additionally, the Client Relations Specialist will gather client feedback, identify their needs, and collaborate with internal teams to improve services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
