Job Description: - Contracting for Clinical Trials, Human Factors and Regulatory for EU and US jurisdictions, for necessary services and licenses, as appropriate. - Execution of basic SOW (Statements of Work), CO’s (Change Orders), Amendments, CDAs (Confidentiality-Disclosure Agreements), DPAs (Data Processing Agreements) - Facilitation of redlines to the above noted documents - Negotiation of terms and financials - Proofing of document quality - PR/ PO review and approval - Process troubleshooting in SAP, eg. approval flows, PR/PO status, invoicing - Ensuring compliance standards are adhered to - Management of Docusign envelopes - Maintenance of internal shared drives Skills and Experience: - At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a Procurement role with end to end understanding of procurement processes is required. - Can-do/self-starting attitude required - English language proficiency is required. - Global exposure to European and US markets and suppliers is desirable. - Experience in negotiation and/or controlling is desirable - German language proficiency, in addition to English, is desirable - Services understanding and experience and/or clinical trials is desirable. - At least 2 years’ experience with SAP required, experience with contracting tools like DocuSign and procurement tools SMART, SAP Ariba or similar is desirable. - Basic knowledge of EU GDPR standards is desirable.
