Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

Location: Delhi, Jangpura I-36

Work Type: Full-time, On-site

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: 3- 10 years (preferably in Tech & Media)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Role & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and prompt issue resolution.
• Understand client objectives and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized marketing solutions.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and growth.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates to keep clients informed on campaign performance.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services to meet client needs.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements:

• 3-10 years of experience in client relations, preferably in digital marketing, tech, or media sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
