Market Expertise - Stay ahead of market trends, understand client challenges, and position Acquir as the go-to solution for flexible workspaces. Achieve Targets - Own revenue goals and ensure high occupancy levels across all locations. Collaborate - Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to create compelling client pitches and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients. What we're looking for : Experience: 1-5 years in leasing, real estate, or transaction management. Knowledge Base: Strong grasp of the real estate, co-working and managed office industries, with an understanding of micro-market trends. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong with numbers, data interpretation, and financial feasibility. Proactive, with a zeal to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
