What You'll do :

• Lead the Sales Process -

  Manage end-to-end leasing activities, from prospecting to closing, for our managed office spaces in prime Gurugram locations.

• Build Relationships -

  Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners to understand their needs and provide tailored workspace solutions.

• Market Expertise -

  Stay ahead of market trends, understand client challenges, and position Acquir as the go-to solution for flexible workspaces.

• Achieve Targets -

  Own revenue goals and ensure high occupancy levels across all locations.

• Collaborate -

  Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to create compelling client pitches and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.

What we're looking for :

• Experience:

  1-5 years in leasing, real estate, or transaction management.

• Knowledge Base:

  Strong grasp of the real estate, co-working and managed office industries, with an understanding of micro-market trends.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong with numbers, data interpretation, and financial feasibility.
• Proactive, with a zeal to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
