Leasing Manager

We are looking for a Leasing Manager to drive retail property acquisitions for multiple brands. The role involves scouting properties, conducting market surveys, negotiating with landlords, managing site visits, reviewing property documents, and ensuring end-to-end lease finalization including registration and brokerage recovery.
You'll act as the key bridge between brands and property owners, ensuring leasing terms meet brand requirements and deals close smoothly. Strong knowledge of leasing terms, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage documentation/due diligence are must-haves.What You'll Do:Identify retail properties through market surveys & networksNegotiate lease terms with landlords and align with brand requirementsHandle site visits, property checks, and measurementsReview documents & ensure due diligence before deal closureManage lease registration and brokerage recoveryWhat We're Looking For:37 years experience in retail leasing / real estateStrong knowledge of leasing terms & legal aspectsExcellent communication, negotiation & networking skillsBachelor's degree (MBA preferred)If you're passionate about retail real estate and have a track record of closing successful lease deals, we'd love to connect.
