We work closely with occupiers, developers, and institutional stakeholders to deliver transparent, execution-driven office leasing solutions. Our approach is grounded in on-ground market intelligence, direct decision-maker access, and a strong focus on closing high-quality leasing mandates rather than chasing volumes.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Office Leasing Advisor who combines business development capability with strong transaction execution skills. This role is ideal for someone who understands that commercial real estate success is built on relationships, market knowledge, and consistent on-ground effort.

You will be responsible for generating leasing opportunities, engaging with corporate decision-makers, building mandates, and closing office leasing transactions, with a strong focus on Noida’s key commercial micro-markets.

This is not a desk role. It requires field presence, deal ownership, and accountability from requirement generation through closure.

Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Transactions

• Advise corporate occupiers on suitable office spaces based on business needs, budgets, and timelines

• Manage end-to-end office leasing transactions, from requirement brief to deal closure

• Conduct site visits, manage negotiations, and assist in deal structuring

• Coordinate with landlords, developers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders

• Support LOI issuance, lease negotiations, documentation, and handover

• Ensure smooth execution with strong attention to timelines and details

Business Development & Mandate Generation

• Actively develop new corporate and occupier relationships in Noida

• Visit business parks, IT campuses, SEZs, and commercial buildings to meet facility heads, admin heads, founders, CXOs, and key decision-makers

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and future leasing mandates

• Develop long-term relationships with landlords, developers, and asset owners

• Identify exclusive and off-market leasing opportunities

• Support leadership in expanding the commercial footprint and visibility of Parkash IT Complex

Market Intelligence & Reporting
*Track rentals, vacancies, absorption, and upcoming supply across NoidaMaintain real-time intelligence on buildings, landlords, and transaction trends

• Prepare market proposals, comparables, presentations, and advisory notes

• Maintain accurate CRM records and transaction data

• Share insights that strengthen the commercial positioning of Parkash IT Complex

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial office leasing and business development

• Strong understanding of Noida micro-markets (Sector 62, 63, 125–135, Expressway, etc.)

• Proven ability to generate leads, build mandates, and close transactions

• Comfortable with client meetings, cold outreach, and extensive field work

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
