As a Accounting Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and contributing to the overall success of our company. Pay: This role is based out of India, at a fixed monthly base pay of Rs 40,000-50,000/- depending on qualifications and experience. Job Timing: 3pm-12am IST Essential Job Responsibilities: Financial Management with Yardi: Utilize advanced proficiency in Yardi software to oversee financial processes, including journal entries, reconciliation, and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and review financial reports using Yardi, including budget vs. actuals, variance analysis, and portfolio performance reports, providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage and optimize accounts payable/receivable workflows within Yardi, ensuring timely and accurate processing, invoice reconciliation, and vendor communications. Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Facilitate audits, liaising with auditors and providing necessary documentation. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement within Yardi, streamline procedures, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and data accuracy. Team Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with property management, finance, and other departments to streamline data flow and ensure alignment in financial reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred. Yardi Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Yardi software in a real estate or property management setting, demonstrating advanced proficiency. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of GAAP, financial analysis, and reporting principles within the commercial real estate industry. Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities with a detail-oriented approach, proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Real Estate Asset Manager Position Summary This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Asset Manager with extensive Yardi expertise to make a significant impact on the performance and success of our residential and commercial real estate portfolio. The team consists of (1) Yardi property accountant, (2) Tenant lease coordinator, (3) Yardi administrator who all will report into this role. Location: Dallas Fort Worth Area Salary: Rs.60-80K Per Month Position Description: The Property Administrator ensures data entry and quality while performing lease and license system financial calculations, entries, audits, and corrections for shopping center portfolios, all within a collaborative work environment. See Essential Functions below: Commercial and Residential Asset Management: (50% of time spent) ● Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the real estate portfolio, including office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, and other commercial assets . ● Coordinate and monitor property maintenance activities, capital expenditures, and improvement projects to enhance property value and tenant experience. ● Manage third party vendor payments and on-time mortgage payments ● Maintain and manage insurance coverage and manage insurance claims Tenant Lease Maintenance and Billing (10% of time spent) ● Enter lease agreement information & rent schedules in Yardi. ● Communicate with management and tenants regarding billing and lease language. ● Enter deposits and apply payments to tenant accounts, as needed. ● Assist with tenant aged receivables audits and collection efforts. ● Calculate tenant Overage % Rents and % in Lieu Rents and post charges to tenant accounts in Yardi. Cash Flow Reporting and Analysis (25% of time spent) ● Collect and populate data into a cash flow spreadsheet. ● Review GL for income and expense entries that require reclassification. ● Review and analyze leasing projection and activity. ● Assist with preparation of lender and investor reporting. Lease Administration and Tenant Relations (10% of time spent) ● Collaborate with leasing teams to ensure lease compliance, accurate documentation, and timely renewal negotiations. Identify potential risks and opportunities related to lease terms and conditions. ● Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants to enhance tenant satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure retention. Tenant Year-End Reconciliations (10% of time spent) ● Set-up reconciliation data and calculation format in Yardi. ● Prepare tenant year-end reconciliation calculations, either manually or in Yardi. ● Post tenant year-end reconciliations charges/credit to tenant accounts in Yardi. ● Respond to all tenant inquiries and audits related to year-end reconciliations, working with corporate Annual Budget (5% of time spent) ● Gather budget year income projections from property management and leasing and enter Yardi Budget Module. ● Gather budget year expense projections from property management and corporate accounting and enter the Yardi Budget Module. Administrative Support to Executives (10% of time spent) ● General administrative duties that support company executives.
