Role Overview We are looking for a Commercial Office Leasing Advisor who combines business development capability with strong transaction execution skills. This role is ideal for someone who understands that commercial real estate success is built on relationships, market knowledge, and consistent on-ground effort. You will be responsible for generating leasing opportunities, engaging with corporate decision-makers, building mandates, and closing office leasing transactions, with a strong focus on Noida’s key commercial micro-markets. This is not a desk role . It requires field presence, deal ownership, and accountability from requirement generation through closure.
