Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Manager located in Noida. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing lease agreements, conducting market research to identify opportunities, overseeing lease administration, ensuring effective property management, and fostering strong resident relationships. The role includes supervising leasing activities, addressing tenant inquiries, and collaborating with team members to maintain high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.

• Proficiency in managing leases and lease administration
• Strong skills in market research to understand market trends and opportunities
• Experience in property management and ensuring operational efficiency of properties
• Ability to focus on resident retention and maintaining good tenant relations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with property laws and regulatory compliance is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
