Role Overview: You will be a part of Episeio Business Solutions, a team dedicated to empowering businesses to achieve their full potential by providing tailored quantitative and qualitative services in the Real Estate Consulting and Advisory | Retail Vertical. Your role will involve engaging with clients in the retail real estate sector, offering strategic advisory services, and contributing to the development of customized solutions to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct property assessments and provide strategic advisory services to clients in the retail real estate sector - Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction - Support real estate sales initiatives and collaborate on development projects to align with client objectives - Work on-site in Delhi NCR and Bangalore to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teams - Utilize your proactive communication, organizational, and negotiation skills to deliver high-quality research and impactful insights - Utilize your background in real estate or business consulting to add value to client businesses Qualifications: - Experience in Real Estate and Real Estate Development - Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships - Knowledge of Sales and Real Property transactions - Proactive communication, organizational, and negotiation skills - Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Background in business or real estate consulting is advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred,
