Leasing Manager

You will be responsible for leasing premium retail spaces at a super luxury condominium to high-end/ultra-luxury brands. Your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving gross leasing & net leasing targets for retail spaces, ensuring occupancy by high-end, prestigious brands. - Formulating a leasing strategy tailored to the luxury positioning of the condominium, ensuring alignment with the property's brand and target demographic. - Establishing rate leadership in the luxury retail segment to attract top-tier brands seeking exclusive retail space. - Leveraging international networks and relationships to attract iconic luxury brands and global flagship stores. - Building a network to gather market insights for competitive leasing discussions and brand positioning. - Fostering long-term, strong relationships with luxury tenants to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. - Ensuring documentation is always 100% compliant with the lease admin dept. - Coordinating with internal departments to smoothly complete leasing deals, processes, and timely fitouts. - Managing excellent relationships with tenants, partners, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. - Collaborating with the team to maintain a low churn rate and build a pipeline of high-caliber luxury brands. - Demonstrating legal acumen to negotiate tight contracts effectively. Qualifications and Experience: - Graduation in any discipline with at least 10 years of experience working in India or abroad in luxury real estate, retail leasing, or with high-end retailers and international property consultants (IPCs). - Demonstrated success in attracting and leasing retail space to luxury brands, with a deep understanding of the luxury market. - Strong ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a competitive luxury market, with knowledge of global luxury brands and local high-end cult brands. - Strong business acumen, excellent business judgment, and strategic thinking, with a focus on increasing rates and competitiveness. - Thorough understanding of factors impacting leasing potential, including market drivers, economic trends, retailers, and operating expenses, including local Indian brands/cult brands. - Collaborative work style and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.,
