Job Description:

1. Handle customer queries and requests during incoming calls.

2. Upsell banking products such as:

  • Debit/Credit card upgrades
  • EMI conversions on credit card dues
  • Top-ups on existing loans (Home/Personal)
  • Insurance offerings

Job Details:

Work Type: Work from Office only

Shifts: 9 hours/day; 6 days/week with rotational weekly offs

Male: 24x7 rotational shifts

Female: Between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM only

Dress Code:

Mon to Fri – Formals

Sat & Sun – Semi-casuals

Candidate Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Mandatory)

2. Additional regional languages are a plus

3. No MTI or basic understanding – Clear and fluent speech essential

4. Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
