Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Manager located in Bengaluru. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing leases, conducting market research, overseeing lease administration, and ensuring effective property management. Key tasks include negotiating lease terms, retaining residents, and managing tenant relations to drive occupancy and profitability.

• Experience with Leases and Lease Administration
• Proficiency in Market Research and Property Management
• Skills in Resident Retention and tenant relations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in real estate or leasing management is advantageous
