As a Leasing Manager, you play an integral role within the onsite management team. Your responsibilities include conducting market research to stay abreast of current trends and pricing, identifying potential tenants, and skillfully negotiating lease terms and conditions. You will be tasked with preparing and executing lease agreements while ensuring full compliance with legal requirements. The Leasing Consultants you work alongside are a highly skilled and trained team dedicated to supporting your success. In your role as a Leasing Consultant, achieving leasing goals such as occupancy rates and rent growth, as well as establishing strong relationships with prospects and residents are essential components of your success. By showcasing the community through property tours, emphasizing amenities, local surroundings, and the quality lifestyle offered, you aim to generate interest and drive successful lease agreements. Your day-to-day responsibilities also include assisting prospects in qualifying for apartment homes, ensuring units are move-in ready, and delivering exceptional service to residents that surpasses their expectations. Attention to detail, strong planning and organizational skills are crucial in managing office activities, coordinating rental paperwork, and maintaining resident satisfaction. Additionally, as a Leasing Manager, you are expected to possess effective communication and customer service skills, basic computer proficiency in a Windows environment, and the ability to support leasing activities of the staff. Professionalism, courtesy, organization, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with company policies and procedures are key competencies required for this role. With a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 15 years of experience in the field, the ideal candidate for this position should hold a High School Diploma, GED, or have completed Trade, Technical, or Vocational schooling.,
