The role of Leasing Manager at Parkash Amusements is a full-time on-site position located in Noida, responsible for managing leasing activities for two IT & ITES properties at sectors 136 & 154. As the Leasing Manager, your duties will include lease administration, handling tenant inquiries, and ensuring the accurate execution of leases in a timely manner. Moreover, you will be tasked with maintaining resident retention through exceptional property management, coordinating resident events, and fostering a positive community environment. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in IT / Office Lease Administration and handling Leasing, along with skills in Resident Retention and maintaining positive resident relations. Strong communication and negotiation abilities are essential for effectively carrying out the responsibilities of this position. Previous experience in IT & ITES Buildings Leasing & management or a similar role would be advantageous.
