Job Title: Leasing Manager

Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Budget: 50 to 60k

Working Days: 6 days | 10:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential retail brands and tenants across categories.
• Lead end-to-end leasing process from lead generation to negotiation and closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, IPCs, and brokers
• Prepare and track leasing documentation, LOIs, and lease agreements
• Monitor market trends and competitor analysis to ensure optimal tenant mix
• Achieve leasing targets as per project timelines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in retail/Corporate leasing
• Excellent negotiation & communication skills
• Strong industry network and brand connect
• Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Should be open to Travel.
