About the Company: We are a leading real estate developer with over 2 million sq. ft. delivered and an additional 1.5 million sq. ft. under development across Pune. Role Overview: The individual will be responsible for driving the leasing strategy, execution, and overall revenue generation from commercial and retail properties. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong network, commercial acumen, and a track record in closing high-value leasing transactions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end leasing process for commercial offices, retail, and high-street spaces in West Pune projects. Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental revenues. Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential tenants, brokers, and corporates. Draft and manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Send commercial proposals, conduct site visits, and gather feedback from prospective tenants to optimize leasing strategies. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and project teams to drive tenant engagement and retention. Monitor lease performance, track KPIs, and prepare periodic leasing reports for senior management. Represent the company in industry forums, real estate events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field; MBA preferred. 5-8 years of relevant experience in commercial and retail leasing. Proven track record of closing leasing deals for premium commercial or retail projects. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of Pune’s commercial and retail real estate market. Ability to work independently, lead a team, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
