Leasing Manager

Hiring for Sr. Executive/AM/DM/Manager for commercial Sales and leasing with JMD Limited.

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales & Leasing Operations

• Assist in managing the full sales and leasing cycle for commercial properties including offices, retail,

• Prepare and present property proposals, site tours, and leasing/sales presentations to prospective clients.
  
• Support negotiation of terms and conditions to close deals in alignment with company policies.
  
• Maintain an updated inventory of commercial listings, availability, pricing, and market positioning.
  

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, investors, and corporate clients.
  
• Act as a key contact for inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation needs.
  
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial property options.

3.Domentation & Compliance

• Assist in preparing LOIs, lease agreements, MoUs, sales contracts, and other transaction documents.
  
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards throughout transactions.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation, CRM updates, lead records, and reporting dashboards.
