Commercial Space Leasing Manager

As a Leasing Manager, you will play an important role within the onsite management team. You will conduct market research to understand current trends and pricing, identify potential tenants, and negotiate lease terms and conditions. It will be your responsibility to prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. In this role, you will manage your success by achieving leasing goals related to occupancy and rent growth, as well as by building strong relationships with prospects and residents. You will be expected to conduct market research, identify potential tenants, negotiate lease terms, and ensure lease agreements comply with legal requirements. Additionally, you will generate interest in the community by showcasing the property's amenities, local community, and beautiful grounds to prospects. By emphasizing the quality of the community and the lifestyle it offers, you will drive the sale of apartment homes. Assisting prospects in qualifying for an apartment home by collecting necessary information and initiating background checks will also be part of your responsibilities. You will ensure that apartments are ready for move-in and provide exceptional service to residents to exceed their expectations, thereby enhancing resident retention. Your attention to detail, planning skills, and organizational abilities will be crucial in performing office activities and coordinating rental-related paperwork. Other duties as assigned will require you to exhibit effective communication and customer service skills, basic computer proficiency in a Windows environment, and the ability to support the leasing activities of the leasing staff. Being courteous, professional, well-organized, and deadline-oriented, while adhering to company policies and procedures, and being a team player are essential competencies for this role. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 15 years of experience, along with a High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school education. ,
