Role Overview: As a Leasing Manager, you will play an important role with the onsite management team. Conducting market research to understand current trends and pricing will be a key responsibility. Your role will involve identifying potential tenants and negotiating lease terms and conditions. You will also be responsible for preparing and executing lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Your success in this role will be supported by an exceptionally skilled and highly trained team. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to understand current trends and pricing. - Identify potential tenants and negotiate lease terms and conditions. - Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. - Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects and answering questions about amenities, local community, and grounds. - Drive the sale by showcasing the quality of the community and the lifestyle offered. - Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment home by collecting necessary information and initiating background checks. - Ensure apartments are ready for move-in. - Provide outstanding service to residents, exceeding their expectations and maintaining high resident retention. - Utilize your attention to detail, planning, and organizing skills to perform office activities and coordinate paperwork related to apartment home rentals. - Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years to maximum 15 years of experience in leasing management. - High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school education. - Experience in International Property Consultant firms like CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Anarock, or Savils is preferred. - Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
