Founder's Office - Strategy & Operations

We’re in a fast-scaling phase and are looking for someone to work closely with the founder to drive strategic projects, streamline operations, and help shape the company as it expands.

Role Description

This is a high-ownership, multi-dimensional role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to operate like a founder. You’ll work directly with the founder across strategy, business operations, growth, and internal execution. The ideal candidate is structured, resourceful, and comfortable switching between planning and hands-on problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-priority strategic projects (new centers, new markets, partnerships, etc.)
• Coordinate across Business Development, Operations, Client Relations, Design & Finance to ensure seamless execution
• Build internal processes, SOPs, dashboards, and tracking systems
• Conduct research, market analysis, and feasibility assessments for expansion
• Prepare business plans, presentations, documents, and updates for internal + external stakeholders
• Ensure follow-through and execution on key decisions and timelines
• Take ownership of problems end-to-end — from diagnosing to implementing solutions

What we're looking for

• 0.5–3 years of experience (consulting, startup ops, investment, business analyst roles, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
• Clear written & verbal communication
• Bias towards action, willingness to get hands dirty, and a founder mindset
• A desire to grow into a leadership position as the company scales
