Job Description

Job Role – Finance & Accounting Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting operations.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including billing, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
Oversee procurement activities, including purchase order (PO) creation, tracking, and vendor payment processing.
Handle multiple vendor management including coordination, compliance monitoring, and timely settlement of dues.
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and data entries.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
Ensure accounting standards, and financial regulations (including GST, TDS, etc.)
Monitor and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to assist in financial decision-making and performance tracking.
