Finance and Accounting Executive

Role Overview: As a member of Artelia Consulting Engineers Limited (ACE) in Chennai, India, you will support the execution of finance functions and assist in day-to-day finance and accounting activities. Your responsibilities will include documenting accounting records, ensuring proper bookkeeping, providing assistance in statutory audit processes, preparing reports, and filing TDS and GST returns. Under the guidance of the Head of Finance and Administration, you will be instrumental in implementing processes and procedures aligned with Artelia's group policies to facilitate business expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Document accounting records and ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations - Assist in statutory audit processes - Prepare reports as per management requirements - Support in the filing of TDS and GST returns Qualifications Required: - B.COM / M.COM degree - Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and accounting - Proficiency in TALLY software and MS-Office applications Note: Artelia Consulting Engineers Limited is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity in the workplace.
