Client Success Manager

You are looking for a highly motivated Client Success Manager to take charge of our client servicing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Client Partners and Digital Marketing Executives to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services to our clientele. Your focus will be on enhancing client satisfaction, enhancing team performance, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, you will be required to conduct monthly visits to client sites for performance evaluations and relationship strengthening. Your key responsibilities will include managing and guiding a team that handles client communication and digital marketing delivery, acting as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring the timely and top-notch delivery of marketing outputs, monitoring client satisfaction and taking preemptive measures to enhance retention, conducting monthly on-site visits for relationship building and client feedback, collaborating with internal teams to guarantee alignment with client objectives, and preparing reports and insights on client performance and satisfaction. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree (an MBA is preferred), have at least 5 years of experience in client servicing or account management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong team leadership and organizational capabilities, be comfortable with occasional travel (once a month), and have experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, which is a bonus.
