Client Success Manager

As a Client Success Manager at our company, your primary responsibility will be to lead our client servicing efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our existing clients. This strategic role will require you to manage a team of Client Partners and Digital Marketing Executives, monitor client satisfaction, and conduct monthly on-site visits for relationship building and feedback. Your role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to align with client goals and preparing reports on client performance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and mentor a team responsible for client communication and digital marketing delivery. - Act as the main point of contact for key clients. - Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing outputs. - Monitor client satisfaction and implement proactive measures to improve retention. - Conduct monthly on-site visits for relationship building and client feedback. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client goals. - Prepare reports and insights on client performance and satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). - 5+ years of experience in client servicing or account management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong team leadership and organizational abilities. - Comfortable with occasional travel (once a month). - Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus. Please note that the job is full-time and permanent, with a day shift from Monday to Friday. Additionally, there is a performance bonus offered.
